Sachin brings more than 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. On the academic front, Sachin holds an MHRM degree from Faculty of Social Work, M. S. University, Baroda. Before joining Ariston (Racold) India, He held the role of Human Resource Business Partner at Capgemini. With a wealth of experience spanning in IT Services, Telecom, Pharmaceuticals, and Consumer Durables industries.

His expertise lies in successfully partnering and proactively addressing business issues pertaining to workforce development, organizational planning, and employee engagement and productivity. Sachin has excelled in leading talent management, acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee lifecycle management initiatives.
